Stop the Witch-Hunt of Alex Jones

Alex Jones, the founder of the alternative news company called Infowars, has been taken to court for ostensibly knowingly spreading misinformation re the Sandy Hook School shooting. It is not in Alex Jones’ character to knowingly lie nor misrepresent the truth. Jones initially suspected the school massacre as some kind of a false flag attack, to attack and undermine the second amendment right of the citizenry to bear arms, sponsored by the state or faction of the state apparatus in the U.S. It should be mandated that Jones make an apology to the aggrieved victims’ families for mistaken opinion, and publicly retract the inflammatory comments on record. Ironically, through injuncting a ridiculously inflated fine, where no fine is retributively justified in any case, the judge is thoroughly tyrannical as Jones himself has incisively commented in his legitimate defense. Jones should appeal the decision to a higher court which should and hopefully will uphold the needs for free speech and without retributive injustice. Whilst I personally disagree with much of the ideological positions Jones and Infowars take, they constitute an important news and informational source in the media-geopolitical landscape.
